  29. TicTacFoozle is the computerised version of noughts and crosses making
  30. it much easier to play with other people via local echoes or netmail.
  31. It also erradicates the need to removed multiple quote arrows. When playing
  32. by netmail a certain amount of tweaking will be needed to change the
  33. address and you should not play in an area which contains no mail as your
  34. first message will have no name in the from field - who knows why!
